摘要
努力加强旅游景区管理,构建景区企业文化,成为众多旅游景区需要解决的首要问题。本文在对旅游景区企业文化认真分析和探讨的基础上,进一步提出旅游景区企业文化建设的策略:树立以人为本的观念、竞争意识、“顾客至上”的理念、社会责任感、创新精神、环保意识和品牌意识。
Efforts to strengthen the management of tourist attractions, build scenic spot the corporate culture, is becoming the primary problem of numerous scenic spot that needs to be solved. In this paper on the basis of careful analysis and discussion of the tourism corporate culture, puts forward the scenic spot the strategy of the construction of the corporate culture: establish people-oriented concept, competition consciousness, the" customer first" philosophy, social sense of responsibility, the innovation spirit environmental protection consciousness and brand awareness.
