摘要 以2-氨基苯并噻唑、三氯氧磷和乙醇为原料,三乙胺为缚酸剂,二氯甲烷为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,在氮气保护的条件下合成了新型阻燃剂(FR)苯并噻唑-2-氨基磷酸二乙酯(BAEP)。通过核磁分析、红外分析和元素分析鉴定了其结构,结果表明,合成化合物的结构和预期目标化合物的结构一致。将BAEP添加到环氧树脂E-44中制备了阻燃改性树脂,通过氧指数测试和热重分析研究了阻燃剂的热稳定性及其对环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,加入阻燃剂后可以使环氧树脂的分解过程延长,提高材料的阻燃性能,加入8%的BAEP可以使EP的LOI值从19.8%升高到22.3%,680℃的残炭量增加81.8%。 Benzothiazolyl-2-amino-diethyl phosphate (BAEP) was synthesized by 2-aminobenzothiazole, phos phorus oxychloride and ethanol. Its structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR, FT-IR and element analyses. The result of oxygen index study shows that BAEP can improve flame retardency of epoxy resin. Thermogravimetrie analysis was performed to determine influence on thermal stability of FR and epoxy resin. The result reveals that flame retardancy of EP was improved by adding FR which can prolongate the pyrolytic period of EP.
