不同材质过滤器对水样中痕量污染物的定量分析影响比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用HPLC-MS-MS内标检测法,对比分析了玻璃砂芯过滤器T-50、不锈钢筛网过滤器M-50、What-man 1950-017、陶瓷布氏漏斗预处理之后的水样检测结果。结果表明,Whatman 1950-017和布什漏斗预处理水样检测值的损失率最低。但在检测实际水样时,布氏漏斗滤液易堵塞C18富集小柱,故并不适合用于预处理固体含量较高的水样。Whatman 1950-017是痕量分析中较为理想的水样预处理过滤装置。 A HPLC-MS-MS analysis method using internal standard was used to qualify the El, E2 and EE2 in the water samples respectively pretreated by 4 sorts of filters with various materials. They were the sintered glass filter T-50, stainless steel filter M-50, Whatman 1950-017 and ceramic Buchner funnel. The results showed the relative mass loss of the samples for Whatman 1950-017 and Buchner funnel were lower than the others. Further more, when the genuine samples were pretreated, the filtrate from the Buchner funnel was apt to block the C18 cartridge in the followed solid-phase extraction process, so the Whatman 1950-017 maybe was the better alternative for the trace compounds in the water samples with high solid content.
