摘要
采用低腐蚀、低能耗、高选择性的醋酸分离法高值化利用粉煤灰中的铁、钙等,制得产物醋酸铁、醋酸钙等醋酸盐,产物通过IR分析、原子吸收光谱分析、XRD分析和SEM分析,表征了官能团结构和晶相特征。采用原子吸收法研究了反应温度和反应时间对粉煤灰中铁、钙的醋酸反应活性的影响规律,结果表明,CaO和Fe2O3的醋酸反应活性不同,Fe2O3的反应活性高于CaO,粉煤灰与醋酸的最佳反应温度为室温(20~25℃),较佳反应时间为2~3h,可使Fe2O3和CaO都获得较高的醋酸反应活性,粉煤灰中铁利用率为94.18%,钙、镁、钾利用率为94.99%。
Acetic acid separation method, which was used to prepare iron acetate and calcium acetate in has high selectivity, low corrosion and energy consumption, order for high-value utilization of iron and calcium from coal ash. The functional group structure and crystalline phase of both acetates were characterized with infrared spectroscopy (IR), atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of reaction temperature and time on acetic acid reactivity with iron and calcium in the coal ash were examined with AAS. The results show that the optimum conditions of reaction between the coal ash and acetic acid obtained during the experiments are 20-25℃ of the reactive temperature and 2-3h of the reactive time. The reactivity of acetic acid with Fe2O3 is higher than that with CaO. The utilization ratio of iron in the coal ash is 94. 18%, while the utilization ratio of calcium as well as magnesium and potassium is 94.99%.
