According to the definition of the Rees matrix semigroup over a Clifford semigroup with identity, the Rees matrix semigroup over a Clifford semigroup is definited. It is proved that the Rees matrix semigroup over a Clifford semigroup is a regular cryptogroup. At last, the construction of regular cryptogroup for a Rees matrix semigroup over a Clifford semigroup is investigated.
