大中型水电站机组事故停机控制回路设计 被引量:10

摘要 针对水电机组可能发生的电气事故和机械事故,分析了事故产生的原因,提出了不同事故原因所采取的应对措施。电气事故需要尽快跳发电机出口断路器、灭磁开关,切除电源;机械事故则要先卸负荷后跳闸,避免机组过速及甩负荷对电网的冲击。针对这一特点,设计了双重化的事故停机流程及硬布线紧急停机回路。这种双重化的冗余设计软、硬件功能投退灵活,运行维护方便,为机组的安全运行提供了有力的保障。 The causes of possible electrical and mechanical accidents of hydropower unit are analyzed, and corresponding measures for deallng with these accidents are also proposed respectively. For electrical accidents, the generator circuit breaker and de-excitation switch need to be tripped as soon as possible to cut off the power source, and for mechanical accidents, the load need to be discharged firstly and then the swatches tripped to avoid unit over-speed and the impact of load rejection on power grid. According to these characteristics, the double accident shutdown process and hard-wired emergency stop circuit are designed. This dual redundancy design ensures the flexible changeover of software and hardware function, the convenient maintenance, and the safe and easy operation of unit.
