子宫肌瘤围术期不良情绪状态影响因素调查

Investigation on the influencing factors of unhealthy emotion in patients with hysteromyoma during perioperative period

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤围术期不良情绪状态的影响因素,为其改善情绪状态提供依据。方法:选取2008年12月～2011年7月于该院进行子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的80例患者为研究对象,将其根据文化程度、社会支持、疾病相关知识掌握程度、经济状况、是否伴发其他疾病等进行分类,并进行SAS及SDS评分统计及比较。结果:文化程度高者SAS及SDS评分优于文化程度低者,社会支持评分高者优于社会支持评分低者,疾病相关知识掌握程度好者优于掌握差者,经济状况好者优于经济状况差者,伴发其他疾病者优于无伴发疾病者,P值均<0.05,均有统计学差异。结论:子宫肌瘤围术期患者不良情绪状态影响因素包括文化程度、社会支持、疾病相关知识掌握程度、经济状况、是否伴发其他疾病等,在心理疏导的过程中应给予重视。

Objective： To explore the influencing factors of unhealthy emotion in patients with hysteromyoma during perioperative period, provide a basis for improving emotional state. Methods： A total of 80 patients who underwent hysteromyomectomy in the hospital from December 2008 to July 2011 were selected as study objects, then they were divided into different groups according to the educational level, social support, degree of grasp of related knowledge, economic status, with other concomitant diseases or not, SAS and SDS were per- formed and the results were compared. Results ： The scores of SAS and SDS in the patients with high educational level were higher than those in the patients with low educational level, the scores of SAS and SDS in the patients with high score of social support were higher than those in the patients with low score of social support, the scores of SAS and SDS in the patients with high degree of grasp of related knowledge were higher than those in the patients with low degree of grasp of related knowledge, the scores of SAS and SDS in the patients with good economic status were higher than those in the patients with poor economic status, the scores of SAS and SDS in the patients with other concomitant dis- eases were higher than those in the patients without other concomitant diseases, there was statistically significant difference in the above - mentioned indexes. Conclusion ： The influencing factors of unhealthy emotion of patients with hysteromyoma during perioperative period in- eluded educational level, social support, degree of grasp of related knowledge, economic status, with other concomitant diseases or not, which need attention in the course of psychological guidance.
