摘要
以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,合成0.5~3.0代(G)聚酰胺-胺树枝状大分子中间体,并用氯乙磺酸钠对3.0G产物端基进行磺化改性制得两性型破乳剂。考察不同条件下改性聚酰胺-胺破乳剂对W/O型模拟乳状液的破乳性能。结果表明:在反应温度为70℃、反应配比为2.5∶1、反应时间为11h条件下产物脱水率最佳,并且经磺化改性后的破乳剂的脱水率略有提高,最高达到10%左右,脱水速率明显加快。
PAMAM dendrimers of 0.5 - 3.0 generation was prepared with ethylenediamine and acrylic resin. The intermediate product was modified with 2-chloroethanesulfonic acid sodium salt in order to prepare the target product (M-3.0G). Screening of the reaction conditions and testing of the demulsi- fication of the target product on the O/W type simulated emulsion under different conditions was per- formed. The results show that demulsification dehydration rate was the highest at 11 h, 2.5 : 1, 70 ~C. Compared with 3.0G product, M-3.0G demulsification dehydration rate was higher, and the in- creasing range can reach about 10%.
