摘要
实验以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)及烯类磺酸单体L-1为原料,过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠溶液为氧化-还原引发体系,合成出水溶性阻垢聚合物MAAA,并依据SY/T 5673—93行业标准进行静态阻垢实验对阻垢效果进行合成条件及性能评价。结果表明,MAAA对Ca2+有很好的络合能力,而且分散性能明显,在阻垢剂加量为20mg/L,时,对CaCO3和CaSO4阻垢率分别为100.0%和98.2%。
Maleic anhydride (MA), acrylic acid (AA), acryl amide (AM) and sulfonic acid functional alkenes(L-1) as materials, peroxide ammonium sulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite solution as oxida- tion-reduction initiator, water-soluble copolymer (MAAA) was synthesized. The performance was e- valuated by static scale experiments according to the SY/T 5673--93. The results show that MAAAA has a good ability to complex Ca2+ , and has good dispersivity. When the concentration of copolymer was 20 mg/L,the inhibition of CaCO3 and CaSO4 were 100.0~ and 98.2~, respectively.
