Effects of eight weeks exercise prescription intervention on aerobic capacity,body composition,blood lipid and C-reactive protein in obese adolescents

摘要 目的:探讨8周运动处方干预对肥胖青少年有氧能力、体成分、血脂和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响,为科学指导肥胖青少年体育健身提供依据。方法:60名男性肥胖青少年随机分为对照组(CG)和运动组(EG)。2组受试者除参加学校安排的体育课(2次/周,40min/次)外,EG还需参加每周2次、每次持续60~70min、共8周的运动处方干预。试验前后分别测定安静心率(RHR)、血压、最大摄氧量(VO2max)、体成分、血脂和CRP。结果:试验前2组各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验后组内比较,EG RHR、收缩压和血清CRP较试验前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),VO2max和瘦体质量(LBM)升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),CG各指标比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);组间比较,EG RHR、收缩压和血清CRP低于CG(均P<0.05),VO2max和LBM则高于CG(均P<0.01)。结论:8周运动处方干预可有效提高肥胖青少年有氧工作能力、增加LBM,并降低心血管疾病危险水平。 Objective To explore the effects of 8-week exercise prescription intervention on aerobic capacity,body composition,blood lipid and C-reactive protein(CRP) and to provide evidence for guiding exercise prescription in obese adolescents.Methods Sixty male obese adolescents were randomly divided into control group(CG) and exercise group(EG).Both two groups participated in physical education lessons(twice per week,40 min per session),but only EG participated in additional 2 sessions per week of 60-75 min per session(8 weeks) of exercise prescription intervention.The resting heart rate(RHR),blood pressure,maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max),body composition,blood lipid and CRP were determined before and after test.Results There were no significant differences in the indexes mentioned above between two groups before test.At the end of test,the RHR,systolic blood pressure and serum CRP were reduced(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),while the VO2max and lean body mass(LBM) were elevated(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in EG compared with pre-value,but all the indexes in CG showed no significant change(all P〉0.05).The RHR,systolic blood pressure and serum CRP were lower(all P〈0.05),while VO2max and LBM were higher(all P〈0.01) in EG than those in CG after test.Conclusion Eight weeks exercise prescription can effectively improve aerobic capacity,increase LBM and reduce cardiovascular diseases risk level in obese adolescents.
