摘要
采用灌根法对63份辣椒材料及4个品种进行了疫病抗性鉴定,并对部分辣椒材料进行了主要农艺学性状的评价。结果表明:67份辣椒材料中没有高抗病材料,11份材料对青海省辣椒疫霉菌株YYWS01表现抗病,占辣椒资源的16.42%,中抗材料35份,占辣椒资源的52.24%,感病材料21份,占辣椒资源的31.34%;通过农艺学性状观察发现,部分材料的性状存在较大差异,表现出丰富的多样性,为种质的创新提供丰富资源。
63 pepper materials and 4 pre-existing pepper materials were evaluated for resistance to Phytophthora capsici by using root-drenching method,and the major agronomic characters were assessed for partial pepper materials. The results showed that all of 67 materials did not show highly resistant level, 11 materials showed resistance for P. capsici YYWS01 accounting for 16.42% of all materials, 35 materials showed moderate resistance accounting for 52.24%, and 21 susceptible materials, accounting for 31.34% From agronomic characters, that partial materials showed character diversity,this provided abundant resources for germplasm enhancement.
