摘要
针对某公司四氧化三钴的生产过程,开发了基于OPC技术的实时监控系统。系统由OPC服务器、OPC客户端以及实时监控软件组成。在工业自动化系统中应用了OPC技术,简化了系统的结构,方便用户对数据的读取与管理,提高了监控系统的实时性和扩展性。
The real time monitor system based on OPC technology is developed according to a company production pro- cess of Co304. The system consists of OPC server, OPC client and real time monitor software. The advantages of using OPC technology to industrial automation system are： simple system structure and friendly data read and management. The real time ability and extension of the monitor system are improved.
