应用注意网络测验研究乒乓球运动对注意的改善作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:应用注意网络测验探讨乒乓球运动对注意功能的影响。方法:随机选取27名在校大学生作为乒乓球组和28名在校大学生作为对照组。两组被试的性别、年龄及受教育年限匹配,在试验前均无乒乓球运动经历。两组被试完成首次注意网络测验后,乒乓球组进行乒乓球训练2年,每天训练约2 h,两组再次进行注意网络测验,比较注意系统中警觉、定向及执行控制网络效率有无差别。结果:乒乓球组警觉网络的前、后测量差值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),执行控制网络和总反应时间的前、后测量差值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组被试的定向网络效率及总体正确率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:乒乓球运动对注意具有改善作用,尤其是注意系统中的警觉和执行控制网络。 Objective: Using the attention network test to explore the probable effects of playing table tennis on attention. Method: Randomly selected 27 ordinary college students for table tennis players group and 28 ordinary college students for control group. All of them were matched for gender, age and years of education and had never played table tennis before. Both table tennis players and control subjects were asked to complete the attention network test as pre-test. Table tennis group then went on table tennis training for at least two years and kept on training at least two hours each day. Two groups were asked to complete the attention network test again and the efficiency of alerting, orienting and executive control networks was compared. Results: After training, table tennis group showed ~ignificantly higher difference of the efficiencies in alerting (P〈0.05), significantly lower difference of the efficiencies in executive control networks and overall reaction time than the control group (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in orienting networks and overall accuracy (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that table tennis training can improve attention, especially the alerting and executive control networks.
