事业导向的苛责式领导:对《史蒂夫·乔布斯传》的扎根研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于对事业的执著追求而导致的领导行为中的苛责,是可能得到下属的理解和支持的,苛责式领导完全可能取得极好的组织绩效。这一类苛责式领导可以称之为"事业导向的苛责式领导"。
