中华中医药学会中医标准化工作机制创新研究思路和发展模式探讨

A study on the ideas of mechanism innovation and the developmental models of TCM standardization work of china association of TCM

创新是完善和发展的前提和过程。在中华中医药学会承担政府职能、制定技术标准的新的历史时期,面对新的机遇和挑战,笔者认为,学会在中医标准化工作机制创新方面,应紧紧立足于当前工作状态,在分析问题,解决问题和明确目标、任务和发展需求的基础上,进行发展模式探索。在分析上述内容之后,笔者认为,中华中医药学会中医药标准化机制创新研究思路和发展模式主要应集中在管理机制、运行机制、实施监督机制和人才培养机制等四个主要方面。

Innovation is the premise and process of improvement and development. In the face of new opportunities and challenges during the new historical period of the China association of TCM in assuming the functions of the government and developing technical standards, the association, in authors＇ opinion, should make their innovation in the working mechanism in TCM standardization be closely based on the current work status, and based on analyzing and resolving problems and clearifying the objectives, tasks and development needs of the work, thereupon exploring its development model. By analyzing the above, we proposed that the ideas of mechanism innovation and the developmental models of TCM standardization work of China Association of TCM be fucused on the four main aspects, i.e. the management mechanism, operating mechanism, the oversight mechanisms, and the personnel training mechanism.
