摘要
目的:对应用理筋手法与中药内服外敷联合对患有急性踝关节扭伤的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取60例来我院就诊的患有急性踝关节扭伤的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为两组,平均每组30例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上进行中药内服外敷治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上配合理筋手法治疗。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:应用理筋手法与中药内服外敷联合对患有急性踝关节扭伤的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective： To analysis of the effect of treating acute ankle sprains by Lijin technique arLd TCM. Methods： Selecting 60 patients with acute ankle sprain from our hospital were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. Control group were treated in TCM on the basis of Conventional treatment, the observation group were given Lijin technique on the basis of the treatment of control group. Results： The clinical effect of the observation group was better. Conclusion： The effect of treating acute ankle sprains by Lijin technique and TCM is obvious.
