摘要
目的:观察体针、头针与中药结合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:针刺百会、身柱、风池、C6夹脊、肩井、曲池,及头针晕听区,配合内服半夏白术天麻汤化裁。结果:显效21例,好转9例,2例临床控制,总有效率93%。结论:体针、头针和中药协同作用能明显改善椎-基底动脉供血状况,缓解眩晕,疗效可靠。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating cervical vertigo by acupuncture and medicine. Methods： Chosed acupoints contain baihui, shenzhu, fengchi, C6Jiaji, jianjing, quchi and scalp vertigo-auditory area, and intake the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. Results： 21 cases were markedly improved, better in 9 cases, the total effective rate were 93%. Conclusions： Body needle, scalp needle and TCM can significantly improve the blood supply situation.
