益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期临床效果观察

Efficacy observation on treating cerebral infarction convalescence with the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction

目的:探究益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期临床效果。方法:将60例梗塞恢复期患者进行随机分组,其中治疗组30人,采用益气活血通络汤治疗,对照组30人,采用常规西药治疗,根据观察结果,分析探讨两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为73.3%,治疗组的有效率更高(P<0.05),且治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗塞恢复期的效果好,安全,副作用少。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction on treating the convalescence of cerebral infarction. Methods： 60 patients in the convalescence of cerebral infarction were divided into two groups： 30 patients in treatment group were treated by the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction and 30 patients in control group were treated by morden medicine. Then analyse and evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups according to the results. Results： Efficient rate in treating group was 90.0%, while the rate in the control group was 73.3%. So treating group was better （P〈0.05）. And there was no obvious side effects in treating group. Conclusion： In treating the convalescence of cerebral infarction, the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction is effective, safe and has few side effects.
