中医综合疗法治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating allergic rhinitis in TCM

目的:探讨中医综合治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将90例变应性鼻炎患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组45例,采用自拟中药方剂配合刺灸鼻通穴位治疗。对照组45例只采用口服自拟中药方剂治疗,进行两组疗效对比。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为80%,经卡方检验,两组治疗总有效率有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方剂配合刺灸鼻通穴治疗变应性鼻炎,效果满意,比单纯口服中药有优势。

Objective： To investigate the effects of treating allergic rhinitis in TCM. Methods： 90 cases of allergic rhinitis patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group 45 examples, were treated in TCM combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on acupoint in the treatment of nasal.45 cases in the control group were given oral in TCM, to contrasts the effect of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 80%, by chi-square test, total effective rate of the two group have remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effects of TCM combined with acupuncture on treating allergic rhinitis is satisfactory, there are more advantages than simple oral medicine.
