化瘀止痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

痛风关节炎是人体嘌呤代谢紊乱导致血尿酸浓度增高,尿酸盐结晶沉积于关节囊、滑囊、软骨、骨质、肾脏、皮下及其他组织中,引起相应病损及炎症的一种全身性疾病,以关节受累为主要临床表现时称为痛风性关节炎。自2006年6月～2011年10月采用活血化瘀汤治疗急性痛风关节炎520例。
