中西药结合治疗冠心病伴高脂血症患者50例的疗效分析

Efficacy of treating 50 cases of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西药结合治疗冠心病伴高脂血症的应用效果。方法:100例冠心病伴高脂血症患者分为治疗组与对照组各50例,分别采用中西药结合治疗与单独西药治疗。结果:治疗组总体有效率为96.0%,对照组为68.0%(P<0.05)。相对于对照组,治疗组患者LDL-C值基本可降至正常。结论:首乌泽泻白术汤结合辛伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症效果好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of integrative medicine on treating coronary art,~ry disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods： 100 cases were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated in the integrative medicine, while control group were given western medicine. Result： In treatment group, the overall effective rate was 96.0%, and the overall effective rate in control group was 68.0% （P〈0.05）. Relative to the control group, patients treated with LDL-C value basically can be reduced to normal. Conclusion： The effect of alisma atractylodes decoction with simvastatin on treating coronary artery disease and hyperlipidemia.
