当归、麝香注射液穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating DPN by acupoint injection with angelica,musk injection

目的:观察当归、麝香注射液穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予甲钴胺治疗,治疗组予当归、麝香注射液穴位注射治疗,观察两组神经症状改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为70.6%,对照组有效率为42.3%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:当归、麝香注射液穴位注射对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,是一种安全有效、值得在临床中推广的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe clinical effect of treating DPN by acupoint injection with angelica, musk injection. Methods： 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, the control group was treated with the methylcobalamin, and the treatment group was given acupoint injection with angelica, musk injection for treatment, observation two groups of neurological symptoms. Results： In the treatment group, the effective rate was 70.6%, the control group was 42.3% respectively, there were significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating DPN, by acupoint injection with angelica, musk injection have a significant effect, is safe and effective, worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
