摘要
现代管理发展过程经历了生产流程细分、市场细分和价值细分三个重要的阶段。这种"细分"进一步推动了社会化大分工,提高了劳动生产效率,催生了"微笑曲线"和"倒微笑曲线"两种典型的基于价值最大化的经营运作模式。虽然很多企业因此取得巨大成功,但过度品牌化或过度专业化也带来价值链脆弱、阻碍更大发展、甚至影响生存等问题。当前,企业发展进入了后现代管理时代,其基本特征就是基于"细分"基础之上的"整合",即把品牌化和专业化统筹起来。通过核心业务的优化组合与战略协同,在注重价值创造的同时,更加注重整体竞争实力的打造,以兼取"微笑曲线"和"倒微笑曲线"之长,构建起企业价值创造的"元宝曲线",应是后现代管理时代企业实现基业长青的重要选择。
Modem management has undergone three important phases: segmentation of production process, segmentation of market and segmentation of value. Segmentation has accelerated social division of labor, improved productivity, and led to the emergence of two typical business operation models, Smiling Curve and Upside-down Smiling Curve, both based on the maximization of value. Many companies have achieved tremendous success, However, over-branding and over-specialization causes vulnerability in the supply chain and threatens the long term development and viability of the business. Post-modem management era is characterized by integration on the basis of segmentation, combining branding and specialization. To maintain long term success in a post-modem management era, companies have to make the right choice. They have to focus not only on creating value, but also building up core competitiveness by optimization and synergization of core businesses, and thus achieving Yuanbao Curve by combining the strength of Smiling Curve and Upside-down Smiling Curve.
