摘要
根据便携式发电系统对发电机的设计要求,详细阐述了电机的结构和工作原理。并且利用磁路法和电磁场有限元分析,通过场路结合的方法,设计并制作一台用于5 kW便携式发电系统的中频永磁发电机。通过样机的实验验证,该设计方法有较大的实用性和准确性。且该永磁发电机由于体积小、重量轻、功率密度大的特点,有较好的应用前景。
According to the design requirements of the generator, the structure and working principle of the motor was described. Basing on magnetic circuit analysis and finite element analysis,through field-circuit approach, a permanent magnet generator for 5 kW portable power system was designed. Experiment shows that this method has a good relevance and accuracy. Because of its small size, light weight, high power density, the permanent magnet generator has a high prospect.
