飞机双余度全电刹车驱动控制器设计与研究

摘要 为了提高飞机刹车系统的可靠性,采用冗余技术,设计双余度全电刹车驱动控制器。以双余度无刷直流电动机为核心的刹车作动器为被控对象,采用均流策略等控制策略,完成驱动控制器的软硬件设计。利用MAT-LAB/Simulink,对双余度无刷直流电动机本体和系统整体进行了仿真验证。仿真结果和实验结果表明,刹车压力能很好地跟踪压力给定,电机两个余度绕组实现电流均衡,整个系统超调小、稳态精度高、性能优良。 In order to improve the reliability of aircraft braking system, redundancy technology was introduced. Using current balance strategy, software and hardware of braking drive controller were designed. With MATLAB/Simulink, the simulations of dual-redundancy brushless DC motor model and system model were given. The simulations and experimental resuhs show that the performance of aircraft braking drive controller is perfect.
