三隐性核不育油菜中隐性上位基因抑制作用的专一性

摘要 双隐性核不育和三隐性核不育是中国油菜杂优育种中利用的2类重要核不育材料。双隐性核不育ms1、ms2基因和三隐性核不育ms3、ms4基因是2套不同的隐性重叠不育基因,彼此独立控制育性。以前曾提出三隐性核不育隐性上位抑制基因rfrf对隐性核不育基因的作用可能是非专一性的假设。本试验对油菜双隐性核不育材料9A130与三隐性核不育"临保系"1740C的杂交F1、F2、F3,以及F2可育株与双隐性核不育株测交后代育性分离比进行分析,结果不支持以前提出的假设。说明,隐性上位基因rfrf与隐性重叠不育基因的抑制作用是专一性的,即rfrf仅对ms3、ms4有抑制作用,对ms1、ms2不具抑制作用。 Genic male sterility (GMS) is one of the important ways to utilize the heterosis in rapeseed. So far, digenie recessive GMS (di-RGMS) and trigenic RGMS (tri-RGMS) were the two important RGMS resources in rapeseed hybrid breeding. Previous study indicated that ms1 ,rns2 in di-RGMS and ms3,ms4 in tri-RGMS were non-allelie to each other. The hypothesis that the interaction between the recessive epistatic inhibitor gene and recessive duplicate sterile genes was of nonspecifieity was put forward. In the study, cross was made between sterile plants in digenic-RGMS 9A130, whose genotype was mslmslrns2ms2, and 1740C, the temporary maintainer line of the trigenic-RGMS, whose genotype was rns3ms3ms4ms4rfrf. Phenotype segregation ratios of fertility and sterility in F2, F3 and testcrosses between the fertile plants in F2 and the male sterile plants in the di-RGMS lines were analyzed. The obtained result did not support the previous hypothesis. It means that rfrf only has suppression on recessive duplicate sterile genes ms3 and ms4 in tri-RGMS rapeseed.
