摘要
研究套袋对不同农药处理、不同甜瓜品种果实中农药残留量的影响。以厚皮甜瓜金玉和M135为试材,对不套袋、套白纸袋的果实喷施多菌灵和敌敌畏处理,分别采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱法(GC)测定农药的残留量。结果表明,多菌灵残留量在金玉和M135两个品种套袋果实中分别比不套袋果实减少37.2%和59.7%;敌敌畏残留量在金玉品种套袋果实中明显低于不套袋果实,而在M135品种中差异不显著。说明套袋能够降低果实中的农药残留量,甜瓜果实中的农药残留量在品种间具有一定差异。
To study the effect of bagging on pesticide residues of different pesticide treatments and dif- ferent muskmelon varieties. In this study Jinyu and M135 were used as materials to determine the residues of Carbendazim and Diehlorvos in bagging and no bagging fruit by GC and HPLC. The results showed bagging could reduce the carbendazim residues in Jinyu and M135, respectively, by 37.2% and 59.7% as compared with no bagging at the same time, in Jinyu ,the bagging fruit contained much lower Dichlorvos residues than the no-bagging fruit, and there was no significant difference in M135. The experiment showed that bagging can reduce the pesticide residues in fruit ,however ,the different varieties also have some influence on the pesticide residues.
