摘要
采用大田定位试验,在小麦-玉米轮作条件下,以小麦品种"西农889"和玉米品种"郑单958"为供试作物,研究秸秆还田与厩肥和氮磷肥,不同配施方式下,土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果表明,在小麦-玉米轮作条件下,秸秆还田配合施用氮肥,土壤纤维素酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶的活性最高。土壤纤维素酶活性最大值为0.63U1,比对照高18.20%;蔗糖酶活性最大值为70.62U1,是对照的1.36倍;脲酶活性最大值为3.58U2,比对照高0.18U2。秸秆还田后配合施用氮肥,可提高土壤酶活性。土壤酶活性间关系分析表明,蔗糖酶与脲酶活性显著相关,纤维素酶活性和蔗糖酶活性间、纤维素酶活性和脲酶活性间相关性不显著。土壤酶活性与温度间关系分析表明,土壤脲酶活性与土壤温度均呈显著相关,土壤纤维素酶和蔗糖酶活性与土壤温度的相关性不显著。秸秆还田配合施用氮肥可提高土壤酶活性,是较好的施肥方式。
To investigate the changes of soil enzyme activities, a field experiment was conducted in a short-term experiment under the wheat-maize rotation system. The results showed that in wheat-maize growing stage, cellulase activities, invertase activities and urease activities have the highest values in the SN treatment. The peak value of cellulase was 0.63 U1 , which was 18.20% higher than the control treatment. The peak value of invertase was 70.62 U1, which was 1.36 times higher compared to the control treatment. The peak value of urease was 3.58 U2 ,which was higher than the control treatment by 0.18U2. Significant correlation was found between the uraese activity and the invertase activity, also between the uraese activity and soil temperature, but not among the invertase activity, cellulase activity and soil temperature. Straw returning + N fertilizer is a better way of fertilization.
