Model-base and Its Application in Flood Control/Dispatch Intelligent Decision Support System (FCDIDSS)

通过对ＩＤＳＳ框架下的模型库技术的研究，探讨了ＦＣＤＩＤＳＳ模型库的设计和实现方法，构造 了基于新安江模型的ＦＣＤＩＤＳＳ模型库系统，实现了模型与数据的共享调用。

From the model-base technology under the framework of Intelligent Decision Support System, the design and mplementation method of the FCDIDSS model-base was discussed. A FCDIDSS model-base system based on Xin'anjiang model for the model data sharing and invoking was carried out.
