中小学心理教师职业倦怠现状调查——基于对厦门市中小学心理教师的研究

摘要 一、问题的提出 “职业倦怠(job burnout)”一词,是于1974年由美国临床心理医生弗鲁登伯格提出的,其含义是指个体在体力、精力和能力上无法应付外界的工作要求时所产生的身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。教师面对的是要求越来越多元化的社会、个体差异越来越大的学生、程度越来越复杂的教学任务,以及家长因“望子成龙”、“望女成凤”心切所产生的过度要求,一旦这些压力得不到有效的缓解,教师就极容易产生职业倦怠。
