鼻内镜下未成年人鼻中隔成形术65例分析

Septorhinoplasty under nasal endoscope in juveniles:An analysis of 65 cases

目的探讨鼻内镜下未成年人鼻中隔成形术的临床效果。方法对本院因鼻中隔偏曲行鼻内镜手术治疗的65例未成年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其临床疗效。结果全部患者均一次性完成鼻中隔矫正,无1例出现鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连及鼻梁塌陷等不良症状,术后随访6个月~4年,鼻中隔没有出现新的偏曲,鼻骨及上颌骨没有畸形产生,患者鼻面部发育良好无影响,症状消失或明显得到改善,总有效率达100%。结论通过鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术治疗未成年鼻中隔偏曲减轻了患者的痛苦,术后并发症少,安全有效,效果明显,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic technique for septoplasty in juveniles. Methods The clinical data of 65 juvenile patients receiving septoplasty under nasal en- doscope were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results All the 65 patients completed the correction of the nasal septum once and for all without perforation of the nasal sep- tun, nasal cavity adhesion and nasal bridge depression. The patients were ：Followed - up for 6 months to 4 years. No new nasal septum deviation and malformation of the nasal bone and maxillary bone occurred. The nasal surface developed well and the symptoms disappeared or were improved significantly with a overall efficacy rate of 100 %. Conclusions Septoplasty under nasal endoscope in juveniles could relieve distress of the patient and has significantly good/excellent outcome but few- er postoperative complications with safety, thus being worthy of clinical reference.
