快速康复外科与单孔腹腔镜技术结合在直肠癌切除患者围术期护理的探讨

Exploration of FTS combined with single-arch laparoscopy in peri-operative nursing care of resection of rectal carcinoma

目的探讨快速康复外科（FTS）与单孔腹腔镜技术结合在直肠癌根治术围术期的护理。方法对2011年1月~2011年2月收治的5例直肠癌患者进行FTS与单孔腹腔镜结合的治疗方式。结果 5例手术均顺利结束。全部病例均治愈出院,无死亡病例,无并发症发生,无中转开腹病例,术后平均住院6天,术后随访12月,未见肿瘤转移、局部复发、Trocar及小切口种植。结论 FTS与单孔腹腔镜技术结合行直肠癌切除术是安全可行的,具有术后疼痛轻、肠道功能恢复快、住院时间短等优点。

Objective To investigate peri- operative nursing care for patients undergoing radical resection of rectal carcinoma by single- port laparoscopy and fast track surgery （FTS）. Methods Five patients who underwent radical resection of rectal carcinoma between January and February, 2011 were included. All 5 cases were treated with FTS combined with single- arch la- paroscopy. Results All five patients were discharged from hospital after successful operation and recovery, with no postoperative complications or conversion to open surgery. The average length of stay was 6 days. After follow- up for 12 months, there was no metastasis, local recurrence, Trocar or port- site metastasis. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply FI＇S to perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing radial resection of rectal carcinoma by laparoscopy, and it tends to result in reduced postoperative pain, fast recovery of intestinal function, and shortened length of stay.
