摘要
目的观察时间护理对于脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法 2008年6月~2011年8月期间本院收治的66例脑卒中患者按照护理方法分为：时间护理组患者34例,常规护理组32例,观察两组患者疗效。结果时间护理组患者疗效显著优于常规护理组;时间护理组脑血管意外再次入院率显著低于常规护理组。结论根据时间生物学理论对于脑卒中患者采取时间护理疗效确切,可以有效降低脑血管意外风险。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of time nursing for stroke patients. Methods During June 2008--August 2011, 66 stroke patients in our hospital were divided into time nursing group （ n = 34） and routine nursing group （ n = 32）, observed the clinical efficacy. Re- suits The efficacy of time nursing group was significantly better than the routine nursing group; cerebral vascular accident re - admission rate was significantly lower in the time nursing group than routine nursing group. Conclusion There are exactly efficacy of time nursing for stroke patients according to the theory of Chronobiology, which can reduce the risk of cerebrovascular accident ef- fectively.
