老年患者术后谵妄35例的护理体会

Nursing 35 elderly patients with postoperative delirium

目的探讨老年患者术后谵妄的治疗方法与护理措施。方法总结35例老年患者发生术后谵妄的护理对策。结果 35例患者精神症状均消失,恢复自知力,发生抓脱导管事件1例,未发生摔伤、跌倒、压疮、深静脉血栓、肺炎等。结论术前对老年患者进行全面评估,积极治疗并发症,加强心理护理,术后缓解疼痛,减少应激,保证睡眠,合理用药,注意安全防护,可减轻谵妄的症状,使老年患者早日康复。

Objective To explore nursing measures for elderly patients with postoperative delirium. Methods The nursing countermeasures in 35 elderly patients with postoperative delirium were summarized. Results The delirium symptoms of all the 35 patients disappeared with the re- covery of consciousness. One patient pulled off his catheter. No fall injuries, tumbling, pressure sores, deep vein thrombosis, and pneumonia were observed. Conclusion Before treatment, overall assessment of the elderly patients should be conducted, active treatment of complications should be done and psychological nursing should be intensified. After the operation, pains should be alleviat- ed, stress should be reduced, enough sleep should be ensured, the medication should be properly ad- ministered and safety precautions should be taken. All these measures can ease delirium symptoms and promote the recovery of elderly patients.
