中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的护理体会

Nursing of ectopic pregnancy with the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的总结妇科中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的护理体会。方法对48例异位妊娠保守治疗的患者病例资料进行回顾性分析,总结其临床要点及护理要点。结果通过严密细致的护理,48例异位妊娠患者中,44例经药物保守治疗耐心护理后获得痊愈,4例因包块增大,腹痛加剧而施行手术治疗,保守治疗治愈率为91%。结论中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的护理明显提高了保守治疗成功率,降低了手术的概率,减少了患者痛苦,使患者得到尽快的治愈和康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing of ectopic pregnancy with the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical nursing strategies were summarized. Results Through careful nursing, 44 out of 48 patients with ectopic pregnancy recovered with conservative treatment. Four patients had to receive surgical treatment because of the abdominal pains caused by the increase of masses. The overall cure rate reached 91%. Conclusion The nursing of ectopic pregnancy treated with the com- bined traditional Chinese and western medicine obviously improves the success rate of conservative treatment, reduces the risk of surgery and pains of patients, and contributes to the faster cure and recovery.
