羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of patients in pterygium by amniotic membrane grafting

目的通过围术期严密的病情观察和精心护理,提高手术的成功率,减少并发症。方法对解放军总医院2008年1月~2010年12月采用翼状胬肉常规切除联合羊膜移植患者40例（42眼）进行围术期护理分析。结果围术期应做到与患者进行良好的沟通,健康宣教,辅助心理护理,有利于消除患者紧张情绪,从而积极配合医护人员工作,取得良好效果。结论围术期严密观察、精心护理,可有效减少并发症的发生,缩短康复时间,取得满意的手术效果。

Objective To improve success rate of surgery and reduce complications by vigor- ous observation of the progression of disease and careful nursing during perioperative period. Meth- ads The perioperative nursing analysis was conducted to 40 patients （42 eyes） with pterygium re- section combined with amniotic membrane grafting in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010. Results During perioperative period, the communications between patients and nursing staff, health education, and psychological nursing eliminated the anxieties of patients and helped them to cooperate with nursing staff, which achieved good outcomes. Conclusion The close obser- vation and careful nursing during perioperative period can effectively decrease the incidence of com- plications, shorten rehabilitation time and obtain satisfying outcomes.
