复方苦参联合化疗治疗大肠癌的临床研究

Clinical study on compound Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

目的探讨复方苦参联合化疗治疗大肠癌的临床疗效。方法 66例大肠癌手术治疗患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各33例。对照组单用FOLFOX4化疗方案进行治疗;治疗组在化疗基础上静脉滴注复方苦参注射液30 mL,1次/d,10 d为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能变化、疼痛缓解情况。结果对照组临床总有效率为45.5%,治疗组临床总有效率为63.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后血清IL-2水平均明显增加(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组变化更加明显(与对照组治疗后比较,P<0.05)。2组疼痛缓解率无显著差异。结论苦参联合化疗在大肠癌的治疗中取得较好的近期疗效,有效提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the compound Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group（n=33） and treatment group（n=33）.The control group was administered FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and the treatment group was administered chemotherapy and intravenous infusion of compound Sophora flauescens Ait injection 30 mL（1 time/d,10 d as a cycle）.The clinical efficacy,immune function and pain regression in both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The overall clinical efficacy rate in the control group was 45.5%,and 63.3% in the treatment group.The difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,IL-2 levels increased significantly（P〈0.05）,IL-10 levels decreased significantly（P〈0.05） in both groups.Compared with the control group,there were more pronounced changes in the treatment group（P〈0.05）.The pain regression rates in both groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion Sophora flauescens Ait combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer can achieve better short-term effect and effectively improve immune function.
