脐尿管癌的MSCT表现与鉴别诊断

MSCT manifestations and differential diagnosis of urachal cancer

目的探讨脐尿管癌的MSCT表现特征。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的脐尿管癌的CT图像,复习相关文献,研究其定位定性征象。结果本组12例脐尿管癌均位于腹部中线位置脐尿管走行区;8例表现为囊实性占位,2例为囊性,2例为实性;5例病灶可见钙化;增强扫描囊壁及实性部分可见明显强化;9例为黏液腺癌,2例为高分化乳头状肠型腺癌,1例为透明细胞腺癌。结论脐尿管癌的MSCT表现有一定特征性,有助于对该病的正确诊断及鉴别诊断。

Objective To investigate the MSCT manifestations of urachal cancer.Methods The CT imagines of 12 patients with urachal cancer who were confirmed by pathological examinations were analyzed retrospectively.Related literatures were reviewed to study the localization and characterized signs of urachal cancer.Results All of the 12 urachal cancers were located in the abdominal midline of urachal area.Eight masses were cystic and solid,two masses were cystic,and the other two masses were solid.Calcifications were seen in five masses.The walls and solid parts of masses were significantly strengthened in enhanced scanning.Nine cases were confirmed as mucinous adenocarcinoma,and 2 cases were confirmed as well-differentiated papillary intestinal-type adenocarcinoma while one case was confirmed as clear cell carcinoma.Conclusion MSCT demonstrations of urachal cancer contain certain characterized signs,and are conducive to right and differential diagnosis.
