弹力加压型止血器在经桡动脉径路冠状动脉介入术后止血中的疗效观察

Efficacy of elastic pressurized haemostat to stop bleeding after radial artery and coronary artery intervention

目的评价弹力加压型止血器的临床应用价值。方法选取经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉造影和介入术患者共91例,随机将患者分为止血器组45例,传统组46例。通过观察患者穿刺点出血情况、患者的舒适度及局部皮肤并发症的发生率,评价弹力加压型止血器的实用性。结果止血器组的并发症发生率显著低于传统组,P<0.01。结论弹力加压型止血器应用操作简便,效果好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of elastic pressurized haemostat.Methods Ninety-one patients after radial artery and coronary artery intervention were randomly divided into haemostat group（n=45） and tradional group（n=46）.The bleeding condition of puncture point,degree of comfort and the incidence of local skin complications were observed.The practicability of elastic pressurized haemostat was evaluated.Results The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the haemostat group than in the tradional group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The elastic pressurized haemostat is easy to operate with good effect.
