经纤维支气管镜治疗小儿急性肺脓肿的护理

Nursing of acute pulmonary abscess treated by bronchofiberscope

目的探讨经纤维支气管镜治疗小儿急性肺脓肿护理要点及注意事项。方法对照组32例采用敏感抗生素+对症处理+体位引流+营养支持,实验组34例在对照组治疗基础上加用支气管镜肺泡灌洗术局部给药,术前协助病史询问、心理疏导,术中医护熟练配合,严密监护心率、血压、血氧饱和度等变化,术后加强护理。结果实验组的有效率为97.06%,优于对照组的87.5%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论加强纤维支气管镜术前、术中及术后医护配合,有助于急性肺脓肿恢复。

Objective To explore the nursing strategies for acute plumonary abscess treated by bronchofiberscope.Methods The control group（n=32） received routine treatment with sensitive antibiotics,expectant treatment,postural drainage and nutritional support.In addition to the routine treatment in the control group,the experiment group（n=34） received alveoli lavage with bronchofiberscope.Preoperative inquiry about medical history of the patients,psychological counseling,intraoperative cooperation between doctors and nursing,close monitoring of changes of heart rates,blood pressure and oxygen saturation,and improved postoperative nursing were conducted.Results The effectiveness rate was 97.06% in the experiment group which was better than the 87.5% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The improved preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative cooperation between nurses and doctors attributes to recovery of the patients with acute pulmonary abscess.
