广播电视大学具有信息化程度较高，远程教育技术相对成熟的优势，信息技术环境下的校本研修的开展，将会全面体现教师的价值、发挥教师的潜能，促进教师的自主化、个性化、专业化发展。该文从分校实际出发，就基于C#技术实现的广播电视大学校本研修平台的总体结构与功能以及实现技术进行了逐一的论述。

The radio and television university has the advantage of a relatively high level ofinformatization as well as a relatively mature dis- tance education technology. The undertaking of School-based Research and Training under the information technology environment will reflect teacher＇ s value in a comprehensive way, develop teacher＇ s potential, thus help to promote the autonomous, individual and professional development in the teaching staff. The platform start from the reality of TV university campus, elaborate the whole structure and function as well as the implementation technique of the School-based Research and Training platform in the radio and television university which is based on C# technology.
