浅谈起重机械的安全管理

起重机械是建筑施工安装工程广泛使用的建筑机械之一,在工程建设中发挥着极其重要的作用,因其特殊的设备性能和高危险性,属国家确定的实施安全监察的特种设备,因此从起重机械的设计、制造、安装、改造、维修、使用等各环节国家都制定了相应的标准和规程。但一直以来,因起重机械使用的高普遍性,各级各部门特别是建筑施工企业对起重机械的安全管理还不够成熟和完善,致使起重机械倒塌、折臂、倾覆以及起重机械伤害事故时有发生,且多为重大事故。据统计,由起重机械引发的安全事故已经占到建筑施工安全事故总量的10％左右．应该引起我们的高度重视。

Because of its special equipment performance and high risk, it is a country determined by the implementation of the safety supervision of special equipment, so lifting machinery design, manufacture, installation, alteration, repair, use and other countries have developed standards and protocols.
