摘要
在传统擦窗机等截面箱形吊臂的基础上,提出了变截面箱形吊臂模型,并以某臂长10m的台车式擦窗机吊臂为例,采用有限元及一阶优化方法对其进行了优化设计,得出变截面箱形吊臂的最优解。该结构不仅大大减少了吊臂的材料,而且提高了吊臂的强度。
With the analysis and comparison about uniform cross-section box-shaped jib was proposed in this paper.With an example of the 10-meter-long jib of the roll trolley BMU,the optimization of the variable cross-section boxshaped jib was completed by the finite element method(FEM) and first order optimization method.The example shows that the optimized jib has lighter weight and higher strength than the traditional jib.
