基于声光效应的一维光子晶体可调谐滤波器 被引量:1

Tunable Photonic Crystal Filter Based on Acousto-Optic Interaction

摘要 提出了一种用声波调制一维光子晶体中光传输特性的方法。利用传输矩阵方式计算了有声波微扰情况下的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的光谱特性,证明了通过改变声波波长和振幅,可以精确调节反射伴峰的波长和振幅。计算还显示,在一段10cm的光纤布拉格光栅上实现了30ps的群时延调节。这一方法可以在新型光子晶体滤波器件上得到应用。 A way is proposed to modulate light propagation in one dimension photonic crystal with acoustic wave. The transfer matrix method is induced to calculate the reflective spectrum and acousto-optic interaction in a fiber Bragg grating (FBG). It is approved that sideband wavelength and reflectivity can be fine adjusted by changing the acoustic wave. The result shows a 30 ps group delay is achieved on a 10 cm FBG. This method can be applied to novel devices of photonic crystal such as tunable filters.
