急性冠状动脉综合征患者抗栓抗凝期间出血并发症现状研究 被引量：3

摘要 随着急诊溶栓，介入及冠状动脉搭桥术的广泛开展，抗凝及抗血小板药物在急性冠状动脉综合征（acutecoronarysyndrome，acs）治疗领域越来越多的应用，出血并发症逐渐引起人们的关注。住院期间发生大出血是ACS最严重的并发症之一。出血与临床不良事件密切相关，包括再发缺血事件和死亡^[1]。基于循证医学临床指南强调的高强度的抗凝、抗血小板治疗是导致出血的主要原因之一。
