摘要
烟台世茂T1综合塔楼为高278米的超高层塔楼,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-外钢骨(型钢)混凝土柱与钢梁构成的筒中筒结构体系。由于建筑功能的要求,上部标准层的部分外框架柱不能落地,在第5层设置了两榀对称布置钢转换桁架以承托上部高达50余层的框架柱。论文介绍了钢转换桁架的结构布置、节点设计及有限元分析情况。
The Yantai Shimao T1 intergraded tower building,a 278m skyscraper tower building,is a reinforced concrete core wall-outside combined steel and concrete column tube-in tube system with steel beam.Due to the architectural functional requirement that the some upper outside frame columns of typical floor shall not fall to the ground,two steel transfer trusses are symmetrical arranged at the 5th floor to support the more than 50 upper layers of the frame columns.The steel transfer truss layout,joint design and the FEM analysis are introduced.
