Economic Comparison between Design Plans of Central Air Conditioning Dual System in Small and Medium Sized Buildings in Regions with Cold Winter and No Central Heating

以山东省烟台地区沿海工业新区某厂区食堂为例,对位于城乡结合部、工业新区等特殊地段的中、小型建筑物在无集中供热条件下的各种中央空调冷热源形式,从系统形式选择、初期建设投入、后期使用成本几个方面进行详细分析及经济性对比。

In this paper,we take a factory canteen in Yantai Coastal Industrial Area Shandong Province as an example to conduct a detailed analysis on and economic comparison between various cold and heat sources of central air-conditioning of medium and small sized buildings under the condition of no municipal heating in some special areas like rural-urban fringe and industrial park from the aspects of system selection,initial investment and maintenance cost.
