摘要
由于石灰与土发生离子交换作用、结晶硬化作用、火山灰作用、碳酸化作用等相互反应,从而使土的性质发生了根本变化。在初期,主要表现为土的结团、塑性降低、最佳含水率增加和最大密实度减小等,后期主要表现为结晶结构的形成,从而提高其板体性、强度和稳定性。结合宜城市北环路道路工程总结了石灰土在道路基层施工中对土、石灰等材料的技术要求,以及施工中拌合、运输、摊铺、碾压、养护、施工质量控制等技术。保证原材料质量、科学地组织施工、加强质量控制与检测是保证石灰土基层质量的关键。
Because a series of interactions occurred among lime and soil such as cation exchange,crystal hardening,ash effect,carbonation,the soil has been a fundamental change in the nature.In the beginning,it mainly appears that soil knot group,lowers the plastic,increases the best moisture content and decreases the maximum density,etc.Late it mainly appears the formation of crystalline structure,thereby enhancing its board body,strength and stability.With the Beihuan urban road works summed up the technical requirements of limestone soil in road base construction for the soil,lime and other materials,as well as the technology such as mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,maintenance,construction quality control and so on.To ensure the quality of raw materials,organize construction scientifically and strengthen quality control and testing is the key to ensure the quality of lime soil base course.
