摘要
通过上海、台湾和香港零售业基本格局的比较，分析上海商业的优势和劣势，建议通过互相沟通、开展联合推广、放松投资管制和促进人才流动的途径，加强两岸三地的商业合作，提升上海商业的竞争力。
Based on the comparison among the general structures of Shanghai, Taiwan and Hong Kong, the auther analyzed the strength and the weakness of Shanghai commerce. He suggested that we should advance the commercial cooperation between the straits and improve the competition of Shanghai conmaerce by means of communication, joint promotion, deregulation on investment and talent mobility.
