核电厂操纵员的选拔和培训系统研究

摘要 近年来,随着我国核电事业的较快发展,对核电厂操纵员这一特殊群体的需求也随之加大。操纵员24小时与核电厂的系统和设备对话,对核电厂的安全运营承担着非常大的责任,起着至关重要的作用。核电厂操纵员不仅要具备过硬的核电知识,而且要有丰富的实践经验,同时更要能够达到一定的生理和心理标准。因此,加强核电厂操纵员的培养是一项重要的任务。本篇文章就如何选拔和培养核电厂操纵员进行一些有益的探究。
